Default Squirrelly bike

I am a newby to the KLX250 with only about 300 miles on my 2014 KLX250 with a 331 big bore kit. Today I was going to run into town, about 7 miles, and within the first mile things felt squirrelly. I stopped about 3/4 miles from my house to check the tires. Everything looked good but especially when I shifted the rear end wanted to swing to the right. Even accelerating, the rear end wanted to swing right a little. After a mile I turned around and parked the bike in the shop and took the cruiser into town. I have not really looked at it yet. Any ideas on what would make it feel especially squirrelly and the rear end wanting to swing right after a shift and under acceleration??????? Any opinions will be greatly appreciated.

I am going down to the shop this morning to look at it. I last rode it a couple of weeks ago and took a 50 trip with some of it on the freeway at 65-70 mph and everything was fine. In fact I was marveling at the ride and power the extra cc's gave the bike. I bought and immediately sold a 2016Yamaha XT250 last year because it was such a dog. This bike is sooooo much better performing. The roads yesterday were dry and it was warm and sunny. We'll see what I find when I start looking today.

OK, time to feel stupid. It did not take long to find out the rear tire was flat. It did not look flat or feel flat but air pressure was zero. Problem solved, thanks for the attempts to help.
