70 km/h is about 44 mph. With that top speed and wanting more torque for your 2nd gear wheelies, I'd be thinking a 45 rear and 13 or 14 front. I'm running 13/51 right now and can get over 110 kmh.
? *No highway riding just city riding speed rage of 50Km/h to 70Km/h*
