Default Spent a few hours in the garage...

Here is what I have done:

1) Removed top of airbox/snorkle
2) Installed Dynojet jet kit
3) Drilled 1/2 inch hole in the exhaust baffle
4) Enlarged crankcase breather from 1/8 to 3/8ths of an inch
5) Removed air injection/smog system
6) Droped one tooth on the front sprocket
7) Removed chain and counter sprocket guards.

Bike fires up when cold nice, little choke needed now, used to be a
very cold blooded SOB needing choke for a long time, now 30 seconds
and its good to go. Air induction noise seems loud in the garage,
with the seat off, but I bet it wont be too bad. Exhuast is a tiny
bit louder, but flows a lot more air.

Throttle response seems nice and crisp, but again, that is in the
garage, have to road test it to know for sure.

Still need to put the plastics back on, lube chain and clean things
up, road test, etc...

Have my new tires waiting to be installed (Dunlop 756), but the heavy duty tubes
and rim locks were delayed in shipping and will not be here until next
week.

I also want to change the oil, prolly tomorrow after a test ride. All
in all, it should be much improved.

Did you remove the front guard? I wouldn't do that, that and the case saver behind it will protect your engine if the chain breaks.
