Spart arrestor kit=wtf?
I just picked up a leo vince x3 spark arrestor kit. Parts include 3 different length end pipes, screen, instructions, and forest service document. Anybody want to tell me the purpose of 3 pipe lengths? Should I carry the forest doc when riding? Thanks.
Edit: So I went out to the garage and pulled the end cap odd my can. The longest "plug" will not fit in the can. Perhaps this kit is for multiple leo vince designs.
One of the remaining 2 appears to me the same dimensionally as the one I have been riding with so it fits. The 3rd one is a little shorter and also fits. So which one should I use? And the screen part has no markings so The FS doc will ride with me when I hit the forest.

Unless there is something stamped on the spark arrestor kit stating that it's an approved arrestor, at least carry a copy of the document. You never know what the attitude of a FS personnel will be if they check.
