My new pet Deej! KawiKathy gave me that "snake" a while back, I keep it by the outside front door - scares the crap out of the FedEx and UPS guys! Oh and the rack is stock the bag I got at REI - it's a Topeak MTX that I slightly modified to fit.

How did your bad ankle handle the ride? Last time we went riding you were limping pretty bad afterwards.

I wonder how that got through quality control?

You are right about the install - it's pretty easy, just a little intimidating if you are a weekend wrench like most of us. But once you do it, you wonder what you were all worried about.

From what I hear your Beginner Rock class is doing pretty well.

Holy crap dude! You are falling apart! Great pics by the way! Do you really stand like that, or had you just run back to the bike when you hit the timer on the camera?

I hope your ankle gets better soon. Maybe we can try riding again next month. I'll be off the bike for a few weeks healing up a hole in my foot. I had a wart removed from the ball of my foot yesterday, and I think the darned thing had roots up to my knees! I have pics if anyone needs to see...
