Default sidebar adds

Can I turn off or disable the sidebar adds?
It's like hundreds of car salesmen flying out of my screen all the time.
I except they are here just wondered if we have an option.
Apologies to car salesmen.

I think that's just the price we pay for an otherwise free forum.
Try visiting without logging in, then you'll really see ads.
Beef up your ignore sense.

I haven't seen ads in years... simply edit a single file on your computer to block essentially all add sites. Nothing to buy nor download.

I'm using AdBlock, it's an extension you can add on most browser. Works pretty well.

I use that and don't see pop-ups on my computer. But I get them on my iPad and the iPhone mobile site. This is the only forum I visit where I get them, which is why I hope we can get the Tapatalk plugin added so I can view the site with no ads.
