Ouch bro, that always stinks. I'm looking at drilling the rear and putting in a second rim lock. Right now debating on Dunlop D606 and Pirelli XCMH tires since my back tire has a cracked bead from the flat. What are the rim lock and tire sizes for the KLX? 4.60 = 120/90? 3.00 = 90/90?

So its been one week with both bikes out of commission, luckily parts are getting ordered tomorrow (pay day)! Decided to go with the Dunlop D606's (I have D616's on my Bandit, coincidence?) and Bridgestone ultra heavy duty tubes with rim locks front and rear (thanks WestOz for the help!). Still waiting to hear back from the dealer and Kawi to see if they plan on sending me a replacement tire, but I can't wait that long. Also going to finally get that skidplate. Now if only my Bandit parts didn't cost so much (chain, sprockets, 3 sets of brake pads, wheel bearings, and might as well get Dale's jet kit since I'm working on the bike).
