Sorry to say my friends, but I sold my KLX250 and purchased an 08 ZZR600. My dirt riding days were short lived, but I have to say I truly enjoy street riding. Been great knowing you. I'll still be popping in to see the HOTD, and other ride reports/videos!

216km on it when we sold. Basically just lost the taxes on the sale price. Those things are HOT HOT HOT up here. No trouble to offload it.

thats why i bought my 750.... love my klx but needed a street ride... i will say that i have way more fun on the klx, the Honda is more "transportation' than fun.... but its fun too.

 

yeah i agree with your antics Eric,, I want a street bike but I freakin love my klx to much to trade so why not get some payments down and get another bike and have the both

Ideally I'd have liked to keep it, but I just didn't enjoy offroading that much on it (more of a 4wheeler guy) and my lack of riding experience in rough terrain made it more of a chore than a joy. We kept the KLX for a bit for my wife, had it lowered, but still too tall for her. So I have the 05 Katana now, and the wife will be getting the ZZR, which is also lowered. I really enjoy street riding and the power that these bikes have Good times ahead.
