Thanks for the feedback, I might consider a modulator after I have extra coverage lighting up front. I would love pics of your set-up in the front Ruggybuggy. I did order up a set of those hyper-lites for the rear though, pretty much what I was looking for although my buddy has a single bar that is mounted to his luggage rack on his KLR, I think these guys will suit the KLX just fine. I'll post a review here once I get them hooked up. If I really feel good about it, I'll go look up how to post pics as I haven't done that in so long I can't remember the process lol.

It's almost like I posted a link to Hyperlite on the previous page.

You can mount them basically anywhere on the back of the bike, they wire in to work with the existing brake light.

The kit including mount plate is around $110. Worth the extra peace of mind IMO.

The H4 LED are OPT7 bulbs. They were terrible in my truck so I tried them in the KLX and found they worked extremely well.

I like it. Looks good. Do all h4 leds have a fan? I just don't trust a solid state device that requires a mechanical component in order to work. :/

Some do and some don't. I ordered theses from Amazon for the truck and they also work very well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01BF...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They use a heat sink and are adjustable to get the perfect beam pattern. I'm not sue how well they would work in the KLX but they are cheaper than the opt7 and are a better build quality.
