It seems lower to me. Only did a few miles on it yesterday, and I can flatfoot anyway (SF model), but my knees seems to have more bend waiting at lights, and it was definitely easier to swing a leg (I'm an old guy).

Still haven't figured out my little wiggle problem..
Might have to throw it on the KLX250S and see if I have the same problem.
(the S doesn't have a custom rack)..
Will have to report back later.

I do have a rack, forget who makes it.

UPDATE: fitment is 9/10!

My rack was the culprit.
NO MORE WIGGLE!
Still have a slight gap on the right side.. but I am pretty sure it was there with the stock seat as well.

I have a slight gap on the right side as well. I'm thinking it may disappear as the seat breaks in and the pan gets some more flex in it.

I've been riding on the new Sargent seat for about a week now but haven't noticed any gaps or wiggles or anything else. It installed without any trouble at all.

As a ride report, the seat, well, it sits well (pun in there maybe? ). Very stable feeling. Not like straddling a bouncing sawhorse anymore. It's about an inch lower but the increased width means that I still have my toes on the ground at stop lights. No biggie there. All in all, worth the money.

Default updated Sargent seat review

just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in on this...I did about 6 hours and 200 miles on the new seat this weekend. I never would have been able to do that with the stock seat. This seat is a huge improvement and I'll be keeping it.
