Default FOR SALE

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if anyone is interested in a 1973 Yamaha 125cc AT1 Dual Sport.
It has everything original minus the gear shift and tool bag. 3000 miles Clean title.
I bought it last yearforastarter bike and deicded it was too small. So I got the KLX.
I am asking$1200 OBO. I live in the Louisville, KY area.

Thanks,

Jethro980

Is that a hole in the seat?, what gear shifter is missing? Do you have a better up close photo. Do you have more info, like original piston, rings, etc

Yes, that was a hole in the seat. The guy before must of let mice get into it. I patch the hole and restuffed the seat. As far as I know the engine is all original. There isn't a shifter missing. He installed an aftermarket one when he broke the original. All the lights, turn signals, horn works. The tank has been coated. It is oil injected so no mixing the gas. Just fill up the reservoir and go. It is electric/kick start and it works fine. Right now it needs a new battery.

I will geta better picture tonight when I get home from work.

hey dmar,

We had some comany over tonight so I wasn't able to get the pics. I will definately have them for you tomorrow.I just bought this bike off ebay about 10months ago and I still have all the pics from the sale. I haven't done much to the bike but shine it up some and pealed a sticker the guy had on the tank. If you like, I can send them to you.
The tires do show some dry cracks near the rims but they are 34 yrs old. I had the bike licensed and insured last year. I road it to work and around town several time and it will get up to 65mph rather quickly.
