Thanks I registered! I hope they are making it for the 2006 model KLX250S and not just for the newer 2009+. I woulda bought the Corbin already had they made it for my bike.

 

I just called and talked to Dane, and he told me all about the seat. I pre registered too. He guessed the seat would be around $350 complete. He also said if you pre register, you would get a nice discount when they do come out.

 

I just registered. I hope they have one for my 07, not just the newer models.

anyone have an idea how this compares to seat concept's seat? other than the special colour strips and it comes ready to install... think it will be softer/more comfortable?

 

As your wallet will be quite a bit thinner, it just may be more comfortable.

 

I will buy one -- had a Sargent for close to 50k miles on my Vstrom. It was good for 500 mile days. Sold it to a friend and bought a Russell. That's been good for 750 mile days.

I don't expect anywhere near that level of comfort on the SF, but the KLX isn't my highway bike either.

 

Anyone know if this is still happening soon? I am soooo ready to ditch the stock seat!
