Default Roof Of Africa 09. Gnarly chute. OMG!

Just read about this event in a mag' so I thought I'd look up some footage as it is supposed to be one of the most extreme enduos going. Checked out the Tube footage and I must concur.

Really nice stuff. Those are the types of events that you need to practice for by riding pedal bikes up hill. Physical stamina is really tested on those extreme climbs. Many people think that riding a motorcycle means you just sit on a seat and twist your wrist. Not so in the off road world.

Momentum is everything! Notice that everyone gets stuck when the guy in front does? Once you stop, it makes the climb exponentially more difficult.

Choosing the right path up the climb, maintaining forward momentum, and having the stamina to keep going is key to beating these climbs.

Kinda like life I guess. Good video WestOz.

That's pretty rugged. Spectating looks fun, not riding it. That's brutal.
