On a related note, I rode up to this crash site last summer out in Colorado.
It's a military T33 trainer jet that crashed back in 1965 TrailDamage.com - T-33A Plane Crash I was surprised at the condition of the pieces, and that people seemed to have respected the site, and left things alone.
