Default Replacing clutch. Tips?

I got my EBC rebuild kit yesterday. Looking for any tips and considerations for the job. If any. Really donīt wanna have to dry the bike, so I should lay it down. Is it safe to do that? Like, no oil will go into places where it shouldn't? Thank you, guys.

Malves,
There's some clutch write-up in my 351-build link in sig line.

Someone asked me if I kept the Judder ring (or plate?), which I think I did. Don't know if it's supposed to go or stay, but I kept it and it works.

Soak the plates in oil for a while first.

Pay attention to the order of everything, like always.

Lay 'er down. May as well.

If your going in you might as well change the oil, it's only 1500ccs. Planet klx suggests the use of kx125 fibers. Getting rid of the judder fiber plate is something i didnt try yet. I put cr250r fiber plates in a trx250r and it grabbed way better.

Don't forget to oil the plates before assembling

Great. Thank you, guys.

I changed the oil not too long ago and it's been only ~1,500Km since then. So, I'd rather keep it. Don't like wasting oil.

+1 to all that. I dumped the oil when I did mine to simplify things, but I think it will work by laying it over. I did just like NPR said , watched the RMATV video, read the manual. It is pretty straight forward. I would recommend taking pictures as you go , just in case you need a reference when re assembling.

if your clutch has been slipping the oil will be contaminated with clutch, it would pay to change it.

Replacing the clutch right now. Do I have to remove that POS hub nut?! It is so damn tight, it won't budge. I am already annoyed I will have to push the bike to the car shop so they can use impact gun to remove that stupid thing.
