I haven't washed my bike in a month, and I've been on all kinds of fire roads and trails looking for bears, you would be surprised at how dirty my bike is right now.[8D]

I'm not sure I understand the reasoning behind taking the mudflap/plate holder off the rear fender then adding those blackwelcome matsto the front fender. It's like you removed the plate holder to make it look better, but added the door mats to make it look worse.

I got rid of the plate holder because it hangs down and just collects mud, and also would be the first thing broke out in the woods. I added the mudflaps for two reasons. It reminds me of the old school bikes from the 70's (yes I was there) and that little mudflap keeps the water and dirty sand off the front headlight and me, because I ride all year. And really isn't it about what we like about out bikes not what someone else thinks? Other wise we would all look the same.

But you have to admit it's a bit ironic. You removed the rear because it 'hangs down and collects mud'. That's all I'm saying.

No ironic would be if I liked mud and took it off.
