Default Renthal intellilever

Hi Guys,

Just bought a 2009 KLX250s and was woundering about renthal intellilevers. I noticed they say on thier website not for electric start. Does any know why they cant be fitted?

Cheers Scott

pretty cool design.... but if you have reinforced handguards you will never break or bend another lever.... unless ya really get messed up... i bet they are pricy.

i dont see how they cant be used for elec start..... the only thing i can think of is the clutch switch... so the bike knows when the clutch is in... but alot have by passed that anyway.... just dont hit the start button with it in gear with out the clutch in.... lol.... its funny to see though.

Hmmmm interesting. But what would prevent it from going the wrong way when you used it?

I'm not sure why these would be a better option then the stock levers with a good set of hand guards (Acerbis Ralley Pro in my case).
