Hey 250SM, how do find the handling with the 120 up front?

I got the diablo ross 2's but 140R & 110F. This combo works very well together btw but the 120 is something I would like to look into in about 2000miles time when the 110 worn out!

Thx

IMO 120 doesn't make the steering much heavier, but when you hit road bumps or go up curbs it doesn't feel like your smashing your rim, which is a plus.

best to go ahaed and stay with 140 or smaller.
no problems with 150/70-17...7,XXX miles...these shinko 705 lasts forever....still minimal wear...

having tried different sizes...for best road handling, cornering and feel...110 front and 140 rear seems to be the best combination

As long as the 120 isn't getting pinched/deformed on the rim it should work?!?

I'm hoping to get the same grip as the 110 with the bonus of a slightly slower steering & better stability at higher speeds.....This would be good for me when throwing the bike thru the mountain twisties The SF can be a bit to quick & skittish in the steering department, when not 100% focused on the corner!

And like you say, feeling tougher on the potholes & being better at kurbhopping would also be a plus.

You'll get a lot more grip, I have trouble leaning the bike over to rub off the chicken strips, it has a lot more grip and a lot more tire to lean on

Couldnt feel the difference, if anything it made it better but thats going from 12000kms + IRC's to Brand new D ros 2's. Need to do back to back testing on the 110 and 120.
