Rear fender...too many holes?

Rear fender...too many holes?
I pulled the rack and tool bag off my wife's 2006 250S. The fender has a bunch of holes now. I plugged them all with black automotive plugs, but need a more attractive solution. She really likes the stuff being gone, but doesn't like the plugs all over the thing.
Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I have searched and did not find the answer I was looking for.
Can a stock replacement fender be purchased from Kawasaki that does not have the holes in it, and that her factory tail light assembly will bolt up to? If so, which one do I get?
Thanks in advance.

RE: Rear fender...too many holes?
The KLX300 fender is the route I was thinking too.
I actually ordered a LED brake/tail light kit today for the smaller KLX300 tail light. Then I looked up the price for the KLX300 fender ($60) plus the factory light ($70), which I will need and did not expect to cost too much. So, that part will cost me about $140, plus the LED kit and I am at about $165. I'll do it, if it is the only way. It just seems like a bunch of money to get a smooth fender, but the wife will be happy.
So, then I thought about getting the KLX 300 fender and just using her stock 250s tail light? Will the 250S tail light fit the KLX 300 fender? It looks much bigger, so my guess is that is won't, but I don't know for sure.
Thanks again.

Is that the fender in your picture? Did you install the stock taillight on the new fender? Can't enlarge the picture, so I am asking. Is this Maier fender different or a more clean fit than the kawasaki klx 300 fender?

The klx fender will fit. There are guys in aus. that are running them. I belive that the 250s is the same tail light as the 300. The 250s lens is the same but different being it has the red reflector in it to make it street legal.

Don't quote me...but I think a KLX 300 rear fender will fit. It doesn't have the rack on it.
