Is that white piece of plastic that comes with the zeta quick turn throttle just part of the packaging?

can anyone give me a source to get the zeta sleeve, i called a few of the website listed distributors and they cant find the part

I'm not sure, looks right to me, but 2000-2003 doesn't seem right...but then again these bikes have been basically the same...

I bought one on ebay, right number and all, about $34 bucks.

Same seller, quick service. Haven't fitted it yet, but that's what the guys here are using.
