Default Question on installing utha sport skid plate

My new Utah plate will be here on Monday and I was wondering if the stock glide plate needs to be removed to install it or if it can just stay on.

Has to be removed.

If you are in a place where you'll be in lots of mud and stuff, drill a couple 3/4" holes if you can. It fits real tight against the bottom frame of the bike, and is very tough to clean out even with a pressure washer.

But it's a pretty damn tough plate!

Ditto on the fit and quality! I don't have any pics but when you get your plate just loose fit it and eyeball it. It should be fairly straight forward me thinks.
