Default Pumper jetting help

Put Bills pumper on today, bike starts and idles fine, but if you open the throttle fast it will bog and die. On the road the same thing, if you go from half to full throttle it will bog for a bit and then clean up and go. Anyone have this issue or know the cause?

My set up is a 300cc kit, four strokes works header, klx300 muffler with the end cap off, airbox lid off and a K&N filter.

Sounds like you have the accelerator pump set to activate too soon...you're getting overloaded with gas.

Yep my thinking exactly. Problem is, this doesn't have instructions so I have no clue what to adjust. Any idea how to delay the pumper activation?

You need to run with the air box lid on for the TM33/34 carb to work best I have run the carb both ways but with the lid on is best.

Ran it with the lid on, 100% better. Small surge at cruise and likes to pop if I crack the throttle at a stop, sometimes stalling.

So two questions, seems like I want to turn the A/F out a little, yes? And last, lid on, snorkel or no snorkel?

Warm up the bike turn the air fuel screw in until the RPM slows or falters then turn it out counting the turns out until RPM slow or falters. Turn it back in 1/2 the amount of turns out it took. This should also be where the bike idels at its best with best throttle response. Also check to make sure the accelerator pump push rod is touching the white plastic bellcrank if it isn't slide the rubber boot down closer to the float bowle. We use the KDX 200 snorkel with lid on.

The accelerator pump is working, so either it is the difference of me not having a KDX snorkel or I just need to adjust the A/F mixture. Otherwise the bike is running great, the snap from the new carb is amazing.
