Default Pumped.

So excited. Just ordered fmf q4, kn air filter , re jet kit stage 2 today.

Not sure if you heard about that FMF pipe...probably not. It's been recalled because of a faulty mounting tab at the rear. I'm surprised the shop didn't inform you about this.




















OK...I'm totally lying about the pipe, but you were way too excited about all this, and I figured some negativity might help you level off.

Yeah, it's fun to get cool aftermarket parts. Even after over 40 years of putzing with motorcycles, I still get a little buzz when the UPS guy shows up or I pick up my stuff from my local shop. It's still fun.

Installing the stuff is the best part for me.

I don't know...I'm kinda in to the fondling part while the stuff is still new and unattached.

if it's a small shop, they might let you hang around and watch...i think it's a good idea to know what was installed....what was done...how it was adjusted...you might want to adjust your a/f later down the road or you might want to play around with different jet sizes in the kit....

exhaust and air filter is nothing..i hope they are not charging to install that...

It's all in. that price is out the door. Yeah, I'll try to watch. I'm soooooo pumped right now. Next project is 351 . Just have to find a used head to send to BB.
