Proper tube sizes and heavy-duty tubes
What are the proper tubesizes for our bike? I was going to order some new tires and figured I add some extra tubes. Who makes a good heavy duty tube? Thanks.

I ordered new heavy duty tubes and the guy said go one size lower than the tire size, anyone else heard this. The tubes he sent worked fine. Something about the tubes pinching in the tire.

Although I haven't tried them yet, the MSR Ultra Heavy Duty Tube has been recommended to me.

I have a set of the Bridgestone Heavy Duty tubes on my KLX have about 800 miles on them and no complaints although they were a little pricey.
They were noticably thicker then the stock tubes.
Got them from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, they're warehouse is just a 20 minute drive south of me.

I am using the MSR Heavy duty tubes but have added a rim lock on the rear and will be adding a rim lock on the front when I change my latest flat. I only got 5 hours out of the front tube this time at 15 pounds pressure. The whoops or something causes the valve to get ripped out. I have tried leaving the nut off the stem to be able to see when the tire/tube is moving around the rim but don't always catch it in time.
Anyone else have this problem? I have had the suspension set up by a specialist and I weigh in at 210 lbs which is heavy for the stock springs.

I got 11000 miles out of the stock tubes my rear went 2 weeks ago becaus of no rim lock I got stuck in the middle of know where .When I got that fixed I had them put in a rim lock.My front went this weekend becaus I let my frount tirer where down too much if only my new tirer was here on friday that I ored last sunady I would not have a flat. It suck riding on a flat tirer. Has an one tryed this tirer 80/100x21 Pirelli MXH?
