You could make a metal intake to fit with a pipe/spigot facing backwards like this, but with the tube welded to the flange instead of a one piece casting

then clamp the connecting hose to that and the carb instead of any effort to glue it something together

Use something like this, lots of sizes online




I'd be careful about using glue

Hi, Thanks for your feedback, too bad i have already used the glue method but i found a back up, there are after market mikuni carb holders and i ordered one with the dimension that fits my bike.

Mikuni Rubber Carburetor Holders, Mounting Manifold

right now, my problem is finding the right parts to connect the fuel tank to the carb

Glue and gasoline do they? I'd wait on the back up if i were you

if petrol directly contacts the glue then i'd be worried but the glue is place at the outer part of the rubber then slotted into the original carb holder. it should work but if it doesnt the back up will arrive in a week.
