Default Pro Circuit T4 slip on muffler. * NEW PICS*

ICS*I was down my local Kwaka dealership today, and they had 6 new 09 KLX's on the floor (all green.) One had been moded with a Pro Circuit T4 slip on muffler.
I quizzed the staff about it and he said it was for the earlier models but fitted perfectly. He said something about removing a stud from the OE muffler and replacing it with a bolt.
He also said he had to remove the gasket in the end of the OE header (just like I did with my 2 Brothers) to get it to but up tight.
He fired it up for me and gave it some stick. Sounded sweet. Loud, but not as much as the 2 Brothers IMO.
I took down the part number for anyone thats interested. (This was written on the box.) 4K94250 For KLX250-300 T4 94-06.
Add it to the growing list of pipes that fit the 09.
The image shows the Ti model. The one I saw was alloy.
LINK HERE.

I nearly forgot. They also had a mint 08 KX 500 on show modded to F@#K. One sweet lookin' beastie.
Yes, it was an 08. They got it from the USA from the same guys that are doing the 08 CR 500 specials.
I'm down that way again tomorrow. I'll get some pics of the KLX500 and the T4 on the KLX250S.

I've got a boner for this pipe I'll admit. But unless Kawi changed the length of the header for the '09 which I guess I do not know if they did or didn't for sure, this slip-on simply will not fit unless the bike it is on has a oem 300 header on it because Pro-Circuit does NOT manufacture a slip-on for the KLX250S. There is like 2" or so of header length added to the 300 header. And the cone tail is not what the KLX300 Pro-Circuit T4 gets.
FWIW, there is a member here with a 300 header and this slip-on on his '07, it looks nice but it hangs down a good amount more than say a BigGun. I don't know if it would bother me or not. I'm anxious to seethe pics of the '09 with this pipe. All green ones huh? That makes me feel good about my red one, I think they're the minority color and that's why I got red.

this is mysterious, this PC fitting the '09. You have the 2-bros but have it on an '07. I don't think anyone has an '09 with a 2-bros but I've talked to them and they state the M7 will fit an '09. But you say you saw an '09 with a slip-on that is not supposed to fit a KLX250S. So this tells me one of two things: first, either the '09 header is longer and will accept 300 pipes, or the 2-bros. will not fit '09 bikes. It has to be one or the other since you have a 2-bros. and you saw an '09 with a Pro-Circuit which is made specifically for the KLX300R which we all know has a longer oem header than the 250S. Now, I guess we just need someone to measure headers from an '06-'07 and compare that to '09 headers to see if they did indeed increase length.

Iowa, he saw a T-4 on a klx in person AND is going to take pics. That means a lot more than your internet research.

sooooooooooo what? Pro-circuit does not make a pipe for any KLX250S, that's a fact. And if you dispute that, call PC yourself. You come on here flappin' your gums constantly trying to discount my knowledge. Ain't gonna happen there finger. Go ahead, call PC and ask them. If this dude saw an '09 which I believe he did, the thing either had a 300 header on it or the '09 has a longer header than your old bike. So are you saying that the 300 header and the '06-'07 250S header are identical? Cuz if that is what you're saying, you're even more misinformed than I once thought. Let me know when you get some factual information to prove me wrong there figner. I'll be waiting.

Like I said. I saw the box the PC pipe came in, he has 4 in fact. The info showed the pipe was for 250 or 300 cc bikes from 94 to 06.[sm=sigh.gif]
The website shows the same info.
I'll get some pics for all you haters.[sm=pcwhack.gif]
