Default Pro circuit customer service

With all the talk about after market pipe's and customer service i thought i would pass on my experience with pro circuit.
Before my KLX i had a Honda crf 230 , i had a pro circuit pipe and some other mod's ,it had a lot of snap to it,
anyway after about nine month's the muffler started to get hole's in the side , i was pissed because it was not cheep
and i thought it should last longer than that ,i went to the dealer where i got it from told them what had happened and
he asked me to bring the pipe in and he would show his rep.Well to my surprise he agreed with me and told me
he would send me a new one ( cant ask for more than that ) But before my new pipe arrived my 230 was stolen.
Now i have a pipe coming and no bike to put it on ,the klx was already in the work's so we called the rep
and asked if we could change the pipe to one for a klx, he said he had one for a klx 300 that might fit with a little modification,
the header pipe and the muffler are adifferent size so i had to have a machine shop make a adapter no big deal,
it fit right in sound's great and i am very happy with procircuits service.
The cost of one pipe is a small price for a great reputation.

The picture is the start of a big hole that formed in the side of the muffler,at first i thought something had splashed
up onto it but the dealer said it should not do that.
my truck has a roll bar in it so i rigged up a bar that ran though the supports of the roll bar and through the front wheel
with a big padlock on the end but the cop's said it was targeted they had the right tool's to do it quick and easy
but by the damage to my truck it was not that easy.

Those round marks.... is the tire hitting the muffler? Looks like it... that sucks man... at least you didnt have to buy another pipe.

The one thing i didn't like about the 230 was the suspension it was not a real off road suspension
not much travel , on any good size jump's it would bottom out and hit the muffler.
