just wondering if anyone has replaced or painted the plastics on their bike at all? im curious becuase i want to do a serious make over on the bike. i really want to try to get it to look like the D tracker.
i seen where to fine the acerbis handguards and front fender, but its the rear fender that caught my eye. no ugly rack or signal lights. so if you know of any good products to help me on this project, that would be loads of help. thanx!

a klx300 mx rear fender will work on our bikes...... acerbis makes a universal supermoto front fender that i have seen on a klx and looks ok. i have a acerbis front fender but its the Tecnik fender, im going to paint the fork guards black, hope it turns out ok.

 

You could of course get someone in Japan to buy you the plastics from Kawasaki Japan and ship them to the states [&:]

 

The fork guards are easy. Run KX ones & get them in black....done.

 

what about new seats? anybody replaced their seat with something nicer?

 

get a black seat cover for a klx300.

 

Just get plastic friendly paint, then if you don't like it buy new plastic.

although i was hoping to save my stock plastics just incase i plan to sell the bike ever, so then when i put the stock plastic back on it looks almost new[8D]
