I cracked my plastic fork shroud that holds the brake line and need to replace it. Does anyone know if any other Kawasaki model is interchangeable with the 2006 KLX250S since replacement plastic is so hard to find?

 

Did the same to mine. I read on here that some bikes are interchangeable but some small modification is necessary to get them to fit (drill extra hole). Someone will chime in here and tell you the specifics. I just hot glued mine and it has held for 2 years.

If you want new, check out Babbitt's Online. They have good parts diagrams that may help cross reference parts from other models/years.
