Ahhh.... sound's similar to the broken collar bone that ended my off-road riding season last spring. :-(

 

I got whacked by a snowmobile. Bad deal, life flight, titanium. yada yada.

It wasn't me, was it??? LOL Seriously, I only got the sleds out 4 times this past season... and, I don't recall running over anyone... really!

I'd probably hop on a sled and go, but I'm nowhere near confident enough to make such a long trip on my KLX by myself. I'm just getting back into dirt riding, after some 40+ years without a dirt-capable bike. Last year was a bust due to the one crash where I broke my collar bone. It ended the season for me. I definitely need to do some more local riding just to hone my skills.

I'm reasonably confident that I'll be ready for a week or so in 2013 (near Moab) if that trip actually materializes.
