Mileage on the KLX is somewhere around the 35K area. This is mostly dirt mileage, as it's never been a commuter or for just tooling around. As you know it's mainly been hauled out to the western U.S. for some adventures. The camping has been quite luxurious since the last time we met in Utah. Instead of the van, the toy hauler has been awesome. Free camping in BLM and forest lands is great.

Thanks for the tip klx678 i will have to check it out. The PhotoBucket pics i posted earlier in the thread worked when i posted them, now i see they don't show up. grr !!! . PB wont get any of my money. Good to hear that you guys are still kicking around. I rode some in Colorado again this year , and i was planning to put of a few pics of that just to show you guys that i was still alive. That was a few weeks ago and was the first time Ive been out. Our club lost the land we leased to a group of hunters in Chicago. the farmer we rented from sold it. big $$. I'm planning to go ride with some buddies up in northern Wi in Sept, but its been few and far between. Scott , we were at about 90% totality , which was coo,l but nowhere near the effect at 100%. My employer was really cool and bought everybody glasses, and gave us a half hour to watch. Don't worry about a slow year riding, sometimes it comes and goes. I have a buddy who has sold his bike twice because he wasn't riding , only to buy another one each time. lol Thad i see you are still living the easy/good life, and now you can mooch some off of the govt. LOL I say take everything you can get, you paid more in that you will probably get out. I have my Husky which is great for the woods but the KLX went to Colorado with me because it does better on the highway and does great for the less aggressive riding i do out there. Some tough trails but i don't bomb through since I'm riding alone. I'll check in again and maybe post a picture or two. Dan
