When I saw this I thought, why not put the registration (which has to be with the bike) in a plastic sandwich bag and wrap it around the crossbar pad then put the wrap (Renthal in my case) around the whole shootin' match!

 

That's pretty brilliant. Punks may mess with a tool bag, but who's going to pull off the crossbar pad wrap? I'd get pulled over and forget its even there!
