yes... flush 3 times with the new oil and filter. replace the filter first and last change.

Yes and JMO no need to flush just normal warm up, drain and replace filter. If you chose to flush it wont hurt thoough.

No problem whatsoever. None.

As a matter of fact, most of the "synthetic" motorcycle oils like Golden Spectro are blends anyway.
