Converting it to an S. Swapping suspension, tires/wheels, ,front caliper, front brake hose, Speed sensor, gauge pod, chain with TexasKawai.

Changing out the front brake lever assembly too? The one going to the SF will want the extra large reservoir. The one going to the S will want a less gigantic reservoir on the bars.

The reservoirs are the same according to the dealer. Same as the calipers. The calipers just have a different mounting bracket between the bikes that just move it out farther.
