I have a 2019 KLX250S in the US and I bought it with a full FMF exhaust installed from the PO. I wanted the stock exhaust back on there so I'm selling the FMF one. I'm not clear on whether this fits the older model years though? From what I can tell, the stock engine, frame, and exhaust have not changed. I called FMF directly and they were super unhelpful - they said they didn't know and were confused because their website and inventory only lists up to 2017.

Specifically, I had a buyer on eBay ask if the 2019 exhaust would fit his 2010.

Should fit the 2009 and up for sure. Not sure about earlier ones.
