You are lucky that you didnt get hurt too badly, and that the bike didnt get torn apart more.
Wow!

Holy Crap Batman!
I can't believe you are OK. That is a serious F'ing hole!
Seems like you have pretty good luck to me.
Like Dan said, I was expecting a hole, not a HOLE in the Earth's crust!
Glad you had help getting it out. Talk about PT, that must have taken some doin'.

Yea, maybe I should have called it a cliff, or something else more dramatic than a "hole" I was pretty shocked and amazed I didn't smash into the pit myself, and that the bike is basicly fixed with $80 worth of parts. So not a terrible ending to what could have been a life threatening situation if I fell with the bike.

But, this has not made me worry or scared to ride..haha I know stuff like this happens, I've fallen a bunch since I switched to dirt, but it's part of what makes this fun..You never know what can happen, so enjoy the ride!

No injuries, $80 bucks in damage, awesome photo's to freak us all out, and a story that will last a lifetime. That's a good one for sure. You could have called it a crater or a sinkhole and we still would have underestimated what you rolled into. I'm still shaking my head over it. You got lucky that day my friend.

Mastercard? deej, I thought maybe Obamacare would have been more appropriate for falling into the abyss.

I was about to post pictures of when I've fallen into a hole me too.

But the hole was only 1 foot deep.

So I decided pictures were not worth.
