Time to put sheet metal screws in your knobbies.

It was low pretty chilly here yesterday, in the 30's. We went to Uwharrie OHV and it was slick wet clay and that stuff was slicker than ice is some places. In one spot BOTH my front and rear tires simultaneously went right out from under me, I could not save it. Like ice.

Here is one of the trails, we did this one coming down in the morning and it was pretty slick, but we went back up it later in the afternoon and it was no problem then.

That mud is carolina red clay and pretty hard to get off.

But here she is all cleaned up. Maybe one of these will be her BOTM glamour shot.

I woke up to an Ice storm on friday so work was cancled. I did take a ride later on but it was a bit slippery and cold with downed trees everywhere. Then the power went out around 11:00am and it's still out.

Yea you people got smoked. All we had was rain night and day. A bit of flooding but nowhere as bad as I've seen in the past. Good luck with the power hope it's back on soon.

I love it when it snows like that. The ice sucks. Hey WestOZ does santa make the rounds in a hawaiian shirt and flip flops down under? Enjoy that weather for those of us up north. Finger looks like he's got comfortable temps too.
