Well this is my first street legal bike ever. I've got to say for the 3kms I've put on it since I've got it it's a great machine. I've done a few mods as you can read in my sig. If you guys need Kawi numbers looked up or cross referenced or whatever, I work at a Kawasaki dealer here in Canada. We ship anywhere and I might be able to pull some strings and get better deals for forum members

Dang, that's quite an upgrade list you've got going on for just 3kms of seat time. Must be nice working for a dealership!

This is my first street legal bike also. I got it in October. I'm gaining more experience riding on the street, but I'll wait until spring time to try my first venture out onto the highway. I'm thinking a warm Sunday morning when there's no traffic. That's probably over 4 months away though. At first, I felt pretty stressed riding on the street, now I feel much more relaxed. I'm not quite ready to tackle heavy traffic during rush hour yet when everyone's in a hurry racing to or from work, franticly switching lanes. I have driven to work on Saturday mornings a couple of times though. Good luck with your new bike.

LOL...what mess? You should see my garage. Three boys and 5 bikes. Can't even see the floor for all the bikes, bike parts, riding gear, and dirt that fell off the bikes.

I've been riding dirt bikes only since 2006. I got my KLX and motorcycle license in April. I haven't ridden very far out of our small town yet...and probably never will ride to work (live in northern Virginia - drivers are #&@* insane here)
