Default New Throttle

Looking for an after market throttle. Something with less rotation. Like a 1/4 turn or something like that. Any suggestions?

Wheeling Cycle sells a Zeta quick throttle tube that works for the KLX. I have one on my 09 250.

Thanks I will look into that one. Has anybody done the DIY by modifing the throttle tube diameter. I found a site on the Yamaha R6 throttles. Does this work with the KLX?

Thanks

So this throttle tube just installs directly with no modification to the stock tube housing? How much does it reduce the rotation? No issues with cable length?

No problem, bolt in, same cable, I dumped the close cable due to condition of the cable end at the carb.

I did not measure any angles of rotation. I just know I can hit full throttle in one twist of the wrist easier than before without altering hold on the grip. It was a definite improvement for my liking. I don't like slow throttles. I used a quick turn throttle on my trials bike some years back. I like being able to have full throttle accessible without having to change my grip on the throttle. The Zeta allowed it. If one looked at the other bikes it fit it might be possible to find a lower cost plastic one from another maker.
