BTW...could you elaborate a bit about your friend's shop there? Is it a dealership type shop, independent, or what? How do shops like that operate in your home area?...sales, parts, service all together?...or just one or two of those elements. Excuse my curiosity, but having worked in a shop before, I'm always fascinated how shops operate in other countries.
