Hello to everyone, and many thanks to all who have posted info here. This forum was the deciding factor in my purchase of the KLX. With only 325 miles on it i have no regrets at all. I LOVE THIS BIKE!! No surprise to anyone here i'm sure. Only mods so far are cargo related,Clear lid Pelican box on handlebars for GPS and cel phone,small camera bags on gas tank sides (mounted like saddle bags) for water bottles, larger camera bag on top of seat (just below gas tank) easily removeable for taking GPS, phone ect. with me, and finally a large doskocil box on the rear rack, it is bigger than most i have seen here but i bought this bike for true dual purpose use and this box was in my attic collecting dust (can you say free) and yes i know PICS i will get them as soon as i can again many thanks to technical info posted here it is priceless.
