Arrow A new look - CHEAPER than new plastic

With winter just dragging on and on and on.... and no riding weather in sight I decided it was time to give the KLX a new look. Like many of you I too like the looks of the black on the SM and thought it would be cool to get a set and have both (green and black) but because times suck financially as it is some of the mods I had planned on this spring are going on hold. If these pictures i'm attaching make it on here- all of the black is 12mil background vinyl graphics I purchased at a local MX shop along with a sheet of Monster Energy graphics. All you need is an Xacto knife and some patience. The vinyl is easily manipulated when heated with a hair dryer and very forgiving if you make a mistake- just peel it off a try again. Adhesion is great and i'm not worried at all about it coming off in rain. The best thing about it is its not permanent-if and when I get tired of it i'll just peel it off and try some other look. Total cost was right around $50. Most bike shops carry the background graphics- the one I used is made by Factory Effex. COME ON SPRING!!!!!!!!!!!![IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][/IMG]

Thanks thommo77. I worked on it in the span of probably a month or so making changes here and there. I'm probably 98% done with it now and as always pics don't really do it much justice. I'm happy with it and can wait to RIDE!!!!

Thanks. Patience is key but because it was cheap and easily reversable I kept my cool beside I like doing it. I haven't decided what I want to do with the number plate if anything, maybe the right decal.
