Default New blinkers

Bought some new blinkerslast monthto replace those crappy things I had on before

old ones

new ones, the black parts are soft flexible rubber so should have no problems with vibration or crashing

fitted on the front

fitted on the back

they are a LOT brighter than the old ones. I still needed the new blinker relay I bought ages ago for the old ones to get the correct flash rate but seeing as I already had it that wasn't a problem.

Cheers

Damn, be careful out there bud.

Took me a good few minutes of searching to figure out where the front signals were. Maybe I don't put 2 and 2 together as quickly as I ought to, but imagine the cagers that have the same time with 1 and 1[:'(]

As an aside though, they look damn sexy. First time i've seen blinkers on a rear fender setup that was sans rack that DIDN'T look stupid.

Mav, I like the headlight housing in this first photo! Who makes it? Why did you replace it?

+1

I've seen too many guys with their signals tucked in next to the head or tail light...
At night, from a distance of just 30 or 40 feet, the brightness of the head or tail light just swallows up the surrounding signal lamps.
The stock signals may not be the sexiest things out there, but they're definitely visible at all times of night, even from a distance.

Stay safe man! [sm=icon_rock.gif]

I don't know the brand Mark, I got it off fleabay. I replaced it cause I got the genuine Kawasaki one and it worked better (headlight aim). I sold the white oneto a guy inAussie forums who just wanted a light to pass inspection and weighed a LOT less than the OEM. Oh and I like the looks of the Kawi one better.

Cheers

I have Lockhart Phillips carbon fiber blinkers. The fronts are the long stalk and the rears are the short stalk.

G'day Chris be a little careful with the flush mounts, see if you can try them first causesome of them are just not bright enough. You will also need something like this if you want your blinkers to blink at the correct rate. You also need to disconnect the blinkerrepeater light in the instrument panel so they don't all come on at once.
