"The Beachcombers" was set in Gibsons BC, on the Sunshine Coast, northwest of Vancouver. Beachcombers salvaged logs off the beaches that had broken away from log booms and sold them to mills.

Oh that's right!!! I used to watch that show, it came in on the antenna from Victoria over to the tip of Washington, I loved that show. It was cool the way they could yard logs and move them around with the boats. Thanks for the memories. LOL

BBQ is good anytime of day! I use mine all year round. I prop open the good ol' swing out garage door to regulate smoke concenration during cold and/or windy days.
