Hi Guys,

Here is my new ride - 2012 KLX250S efi. I have de-restricted, added tsukigi can and pulled the snorkel.

I will be getting the edge tail light soon along with some higher bars, hand guards and 13t sprocket.

I'm quite impressed so far but it defiantly needed waking up!

I live in Thailand so it will be seeing some jungle action very soon

Quick question - When I start the bike, for the first few minutes of riding until its warmed up it pops a bit. Once warm it stops (Its never really cold - temp here is 33C on average). Is this normal?

 

i'm assuming its efi and is that the oem pipe? and if not do you have a power comander?

 

You maybe ok but you need some type of fuel adder, I'd put the snorkle back in until you have something like the power commander or anything like it. You could be lean, it dosen't sound too bad but you never know.

 

Yes its efi with a aftermarket tsukigi pipe.

Ok I think I should put the snorkel back for now until I have a power commander.
