I just called andmy green 09 is in the crate and being assembled Tuesday..I got $100 on it and approved.....Yippee...Maybe by Friday Im cruisin

 

Been looking at KLR650z for the last year but decided on a smaller lighter and more mpg KLX250...Plus I wanna drive it during the snow and run it on our Ice covered bay...Maybe 10 months out of the year...

welcome and congrats on gettin the green seems like the green is hard to come by

 

I went to my local dealer this past weekend and they had a green 09 there and so I drooled over it. He said that one was sold and he had a red one coming in. Anyone think that the 09 brakes are better than 07's? and if they would fit the 07's??

I got the vin and should pick it up on Thursday....Theres also a 4x4 get together 80 miles away on Saturday.....Can you say breakin her in....160 miles round trip and probably 2 hours of obstacle course and a mud pit...Maybe even try small small rock crawling...TT-style babbbbyyy...I cant wait...400 miles in the first week

 

Well I picked her up..

Bought a bag and some hand guards...48 miles so far...Drove through a towns gravel yard...Yup almost dumped it...Glad its a 250cc...lol...Oh yeah...Insurance with theft $100 a year...wow....Pics coming soon...Need mud first...

 

33 days and 850 miles with one week at the dealership and 16 days working...

Yup Im stil happy as all heck even though her and I are still working the bugs out...
