Default My buddies website/ dead husky.

So my buddy pete bought this husky and it has been really making him mad lately. When the bike gets good and hot it just does and wont run. Husky wont do anything for him so hes trying a few other routes...

Lol... he must be pretty worked up to go to the trouble to make a website about it.

what is husky's reason for denying warranty?..lemon law do not apply to motorcycles?

I had a 2006 TE610 a couple years back. Sold it to a friend with stern warnings (ultra-full disclosure) regarding the poor reliability. He's also had a bunch of issues with the bike. He suggested a straight trade for the KLX but I declined.

The Husky is great - when it's running AND when pushed really hard. For day-to-day riding, not my cup of tea. It was, however, a darned sexy looking bike.

ouch that sucks. the one problem i had with that mileage was the fork seals, dealer tryed to say it was wear and tear and stick me with the bill, had them call kawi and they said no problem. kawi has taken good care of me i would say.

Poor bastard. Goes to show it doesn't matter if you buy new or used, you never know what you're getting until you got it... Kinda like the HIV.

lemon laws dont apply to motorcycles in PA. Dont ask me how i know...
