My Muzzy is too load. Any one want to trade their Big Gun. Send me a PM.
Tony,

You might want to send a PM to Iowaguy. I think he has been disappointed with his Big Gun. He might be interested in taking that Muzzy off of your hands.

Dang, now I know what it feels like to be Deej stirring the pot. It's kind of nice.

Hey don't drag me into anything, I'm in enough hot water with Iowaguy. Besides I think he would rather walk on broken glass barefoot than give the Muzzy a shot.........See what you made me do? That's it I'm getting the duct tape.

What a P.I.T.A...... its done. I got my racetex muffler repacking today, and got my big gun repacked. Sounds great.
If anyone plans on doing this, its is a real pain, i tried a couple different ways to get it in there, i tried to put the core in the muffler then slide the repackin in then i couldnt pull out the cardboard tube, so i took it all apart again, put the core inside the packing, then slide out the cardboard tube, then put the core with packing around it in the muffler. It is hard to get the core to align with the pipe in the bottom of the muffler, i used a long 1/2" extension. took some work but i got it... I took it down to get gas, rode it to the gas station and back then around the block... its 22 degrees.... brrr.....

Nice pics EMS. That is one advantage of the BG is when it comes to repacking, you just have the screws. Not that rivots are a big deal, but its one more thing to stock.

But ... Dude - is that rust on your header???? Tell me that's just dirt - I hope!

But, but, but the BG has a 'superior' ceramic coating that doesn't discolor when it heats up. Besides, why have your header pipe turn blue when normal steel turns a nice shade of brown?! That's more for Iowa guy than anyone else...couldn't resist! [8D]
