Question Moto-Pro

Anyone else having issues contacting Moto-Pro?
I emailed them regarding new front springs and they initially replied saying they will be a week.
Since then nothing.
Not replying to emails and it's not so easy to call from the other side of the world.

It seems like others have had a hard time getting a hold of them at times. I think they are a smaller operation, and that makes it hard sometimes. I have heard they are very helpfull when you do talk to them.
BTW I wouldn't be afraid of going a little stiffer than what they suggest. I entered my info into the calculator on their site, and It recomended the 42kg springs. I ended up buying some new MotoPro 44kg springs from a member on here and almost think they could still be stiffer. I'm about 175lb in street clothes.

Their first response was indeed very helpful but since then, nothing.
Others have also suggested to go at least 1 step firmer than their calculator.
It calculates .42 for my 165lbs.
I will go with .44's.
Soon hopefully.

Neil, try http://www.shocktreatment.com.au/. They have Race Tech .44kg/mm springs for the KLX250H6/H7 in stock. AU$169 + AU$17 for overnight delivery.
Will probably save you $50 on the Moto Pro springs, and you'll get them tomorrow.

Just a thought.

I Had them rebuild both the front & rear springs on my 2007 and had no problems what so ever. They seemed to be available everytime I called them. In fact, I spent about half an hour talking to them on the phone about my weight, type of riding, etc. The forks and rear spring were returned in less than 10 days after I shipped them. Maybe they are having some growing pains now?

Thanks Gavin,
Shock Treatment did the lowering and re-valve of my shock and forks last year.
2 things,
1, why didn't I get them to replace the springs then?
2, why didn't I think to go back to them for the springs?
I need to a good long look at myself and LIFT.....

Neil, your weight is pretty similar to mine. The .42kg/mm springs up front work well on the street. They have also been a vast improvement off road. If you are riding really rough terrain, I think I would bump up the spring rates to 0.44kg/mm. I will also caution you to be prepared for less front end dive on hard braking on the street but, the ride will be harsher which gets a little irksome on long commutes.

Cheers Sid
I only use this bike off road so I'm going for the .44's.
Road use for me is only getting to the trails.
Oh, it can get pretty rough
