I still prefer the Dunlop D606's over the Trackmasters (which I have on my XR650l).
Howis the tm2 front holding out on your Honda, I was planning on installing a terraflex rear and tm2 front on my 640. Does your xr see pavement?

...but at $31/each.... I bought two.
Now I see why they didn't have any in stock when I went to order them. j/k, at that price you can't go wrong.

I love the D606 (120 size),and don't want to try anything else because I thinkI will regret it. The 606 hooks up great in the dirt and mud, and handles good on the street too.

Like your finding out in this post, a lot of guys love the trackmaster. I think most people on thisKLX forum will recommend either theD606 or the trackmaster as your most aggresive DOT tire, and you probably can't go wrong with either.

for a rear tire I would recommend the Michelin AC10 120/90-18...
Off road performance is comparable to the Kenda Trackmaster yet it is still better on the street.

The Michelin AC-10 does hook up better on pavement than the Trakmaster and seems to pull a bit harder in the dirt was well but its also $65 vs $40. I DO NOT care for the front AC-10 the Kenda 776F was a much better offroad front tire than the AC-10. I find the AC-10 too skinny and washes out very easily.
